Dear all at Anglia News Team, i feel this Story Must be Told,

i was brought in to Age Concern Day Centre to Decorate Cheaply,

the Building was Opened in 1980,

it is the Only Place inChelmsfordfor Old People,

and the Ceiling Tiles had Never been Painted, so,

Dust and i have heard Talk of Asbestos, Falling into Peoples Food,

and then the Old People Eat It!

Also the rest of the Decoration, Not Done for Years!

Considering this is the Only Place inChelmsfordfor Old People,

the Council Has an Obligation to Look After It, so,

they Reduced the Budget from £8k to £3k then Up to £4k, so,

-62.5% Reduction + 33.33rec% Increase = Net 50% Reduction,

this Equates to just under £80 per Week to,

Look After, Keep Warm and Feed the Old People ofChelmsford,

and just to Add Insult to Injury,

the Council will Not give any money for Decoration, but,

the Decoration just Had to Be Done!

"They would Rather go for a Meal and Let Old People Eat Dust,

and Let them Go Bankrupt which is the Current Situation!"

Them going for a Meal is about what it has Cost to,

Decorate to a Standard where i would Take me Mum for a Visit,
